Next Level

Elevating Non-Profit Leadership through mentoring.

Non-profit leadership is more than a role—it's a calling that demands resilience, decision-making prowess, and the ability to balance diverse needs. Emerging leaders often face overwhelming challenges and isolation on this journey. That’s where **Next Level** steps in.

Our mission is clear

Next Level, launched by The Change Reaction in 2023, is not just a mentorship program; it’s a movement. Our initiative connects emerging non-profit leaders with some of Los Angeles' most esteemed leaders. These mentors provide personalized guidance, emotional support, skill development, and vital networking opportunities.

Our mission is clear: to uplift and sustain the critical work of non-profits. By equipping leaders with the tools and support they need, Next Level is shaping a future where non-profit leadership is robust, resilient, and transformative.
